1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DockFreeze (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
The App is provided under a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
3. No Warranty
The App is offered "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for purchases made through Paddle, except where required by applicable law. All sales are final.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
