Refund Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026

All sales of DockFreeze are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases made through Paddle, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If a refund is mandated by law, the request must be directed to Paddle, and they will process it according to their policies.

Procedure

  1. Email support@dockfreeze.com with your purchase receipt and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle within 7‑10 business days.

All refunds are subject to Paddle's terms and applicable law.
