Effective date: June 4, 2026
All sales of DockFreeze are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases made through Paddle, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If a refund is mandated by law, the request must be directed to Paddle, and they will process it according to their policies.
Exceptions
- If the purchase was made in error and the request is submitted within 48 hours, we may consider a one‑time refund at our sole discretion.
- For any technical issue that prevents the App from functioning, please contact support@dockfreeze.com; we will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed to be a fault on our side, we may issue a refund.
Procedure
- Email support@dockfreeze.com with your purchase receipt and a brief description of the issue.
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle within 7‑10 business days.
All refunds are subject to Paddle's terms and applicable law.
