DockFreeze does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from its users. The app operates entirely locally on the user's macOS device and does not make network requests except for optional license verification performed through Paddle's API. When a license key is validated, only the key and associated Paddle‑provided identifiers are transmitted to Paddle's servers; no additional personal information (e.g., name, email, device identifiers) is sent.
Data retention
Any data exchanged with Paddle is retained solely for the purpose of license validation and compliance with applicable tax regulations. No logs or analytics are kept by DockFreeze.
Third‑party services
Paddle may process payment information and maintain transaction records in accordance with its own privacy policy. DockFreeze is not responsible for Paddle's handling of user data.
User rights
Users may request deletion of their license information by contacting Paddle support directly. DockFreeze will honor any such request by removing stored license data on the local device.
